Both classes are open level, Hatha/Vinyasa Style which means everyone is welcome
Hello, we are Adam and Andy. We have recently moved to the area and are offering two free open level yoga classes on Saturday October 12th. Between us both we have many years of Yoga experience and still continue to teach in all the major London studios. We hope you can join one of the sessions on the Saturday which will be led by Adam.
