Service Description
PILATES This is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture and enhance mental awareness. It consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Why not come along and give it a go?
